Teenagers and Sex in America美国青少年的性教育

Students learn about sexual organs性器官, how everything works, what the consequences结果 of sex are, and how to prevent预防 disease性病 and unwanted pregnancy怀孕.  Actually说实话, I don't know that much about how American schools educate their students.  So, I interviewed采访 Tommy who was born出生 and raised生长 in Los Angeles洛杉矶.
 
    Me: "What was your reaction反映 the first time you had sex education?"
 
    Tommy: "Of course, our first reaction was giggling嘻嬉笑 because we were only 10 years old boys and girls learning about why boys and girls have different body parts..."

    Tommy: "Generally, between 14-18 years old.  They are pretty OK to talk about sex."
   
    Me:"What do you think about Sex education?  Is it necessary to have sex education when you were 10 years old?"
   
    Tommy: "10 years old? Personally我个人认为, I don't believe it is necessary to have sex education at 10, but I do think it is very necessary to have it in middle school."
   
    Me:"Why?"
